Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 14, 2026
⚠️ PLACEHOLDERS / STATUS: set the effective date above; confirm contact email (
inquiries@thecreatorgood.org) and the Littleton address. This is the one policy that has NOT yet been through Walters Law Group — route it to Larry for review before publishing. It is drafted to be consistent with the Terms of Service (§4 Billing and Payments — Refunds) and the Contest Rules; verify alignment against the final WLG ToS before launch.
The Creator Good, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 849 Casselberry Way, Littleton, CO 80126 ("we," "us," or "our"), is the owner and operator of the Artcade mobile application and all affiliated websites (the "App"). This Return & Refund Policy explains how purchases made on the App are treated. It is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Contest Rules. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products Only — No Physical Goods
The App sells only digital items — Credits that may be exchanged for the right to participate in, and vote on the outcome of, skills-based art Contests. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical merchandise. Accordingly, there are no shipments, physical returns, or exchanges of goods under this Policy.
2. All Purchases Are Final
Credits and Contest entries are digital goods delivered to your account immediately upon purchase. Except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law, all purchases of Credits are final and nonrefundable, and Entry Fees are nonrefundable once a Contest has begun. Credits carry no interest and have no cash value except as redeemed in accordance with the Contest Rules.
3. Limited Exceptions (Discretionary)
We may, in our sole discretion and subject to identity and transaction verification, issue a refund or a Credit adjustment in limited circumstances, including: (a) a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge; (b) a verified technical failure on our part that prevented you from entering a Contest for which you were charged; or (c) a confirmed unauthorized transaction on your account. Granting a refund in one instance does not obligate us to do so in any other. Where a refund is granted, it is issued to the original payment method or as Credits, at our discretion.
4. Contests We Cancel or Void
If we cancel, void, or fail to run a Contest for reasons within our reasonable control, we will return the associated Entry Fee to affected participants as Credits, consistent with the Contest Rules. This Section does not apply to Contests that conclude normally — including Contests in which you receive few votes or none. Concentrated results and shutouts are an expected feature of peer-voted skill Contests and are not grounds for a refund.
5. Prizes and Redemptions
Prizes, and the redemption of Credits for cash or other things of value, are governed by the Contest Rules, not by this Policy. A request to redeem winnings is not a refund request.
6. How to Request a Refund
Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at inquiries@thecreatorgood.org with your account email, the transaction date and amount, and a description of the issue. Submit any request within [30] days of the transaction. We will review and respond within [10] business days. Contacting us first allows us to resolve most issues faster than a payment dispute.
7. Chargebacks
We take payment integrity seriously. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of unused Credits and unredeemed Prizes, as described in the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted and to share transaction records with our payment processors and the card networks for that purpose.
8. Eligibility and Identity Verification
Refunds and redemptions are available only to eligible users who satisfy our age (18+), state-eligibility, geolocation, and identity-verification (KYC) requirements as described in the Contest Rules, Geolocation Policy, and AML Policy. We may withhold or delay a refund pending completion of any required verification.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy at any time by updating this document and the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
10. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, consistent with the Terms of Service.
