Fair Gaming Policy
The Creator Good, Inc. — Artcade Platform
Last Updated: ⚑ TO FILL: Effective Date
Commitment to Fair Play
The Creator Good, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) operates Artcade, a peer-judged creative skill gaming platform. We are committed to ensuring that all contests are conducted fairly, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws.
Contest Structure
All contests on Artcade are skill-based competitions in creative disciplines including drawing, photography, and writing. Contest outcomes are determined by the creative skill demonstrated by participants, as evaluated through peer voting.
• Each contest consists of a cohort of 31 players.
• Players submit original creative works in response to a shared prompt within a defined time period.
• Contest outcomes are determined by peer voting among participants in the same cohort.
Peer Voting Integrity
Our voting system is designed to ensure fair and statistically valid outcomes:
• Self-Exclusion: Players cannot vote for their own submissions. This is enforced at the system level and cannot be circumvented.
• Statistical Validity: Cohort sizes of 31 players ensure statistically significant sample sizes for peer evaluation, grounded in the Central Limit Theorem (n≥30).
• Equal Voting Weight: Each vote carries the same weight. No player’s vote is given preferential treatment.
• Anonymous Submissions: During the voting phase, submissions are presented without identifying information about the creator.
Anti-Fraud Measures
We employ multiple safeguards to prevent manipulation of contest outcomes:
• Automated detection of suspicious voting patterns, including coordinated voting, rapid voting without meaningful review, and systematic bias.
• Account verification through identity verification services to prevent multi-accounting.
• Monitoring of player behavior for signs of collusion or manipulation.
• Geolocation verification to confirm players are located in eligible jurisdictions.
Prize Distribution
• 80% of all entry fees are allocated to the prize pool and distributed to winners.
• Prize values are calculated transparently: each vote equals the entry fee multiplied by 0.80.
• Maximum prize per contest equals the entry fee multiplied by 24.
• Prize distribution occurs promptly following contest completion and result verification.
Responsible Gaming
We support responsible participation in our platform:
• Personal limits on contest entry frequency and spending will be available to players.
• Self-exclusion options will be available for players who wish to take a break from paid contests.
• Free-to-play contest options are available.
• Players must be 18 years of age or older (or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction) to participate in paid contests.
Reporting Concerns
Players who suspect unfair play, fraud, or any violation of this policy are encouraged to report their concerns to inquiries@thecreatorgood.org or through the in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed and investigated promptly.
Legal Compliance
Our contests operate as skill-based competitions under applicable state laws. Our gaming model has been reviewed by specialized gaming counsel, and we maintain a reasoned legal opinion confirming compliance in the jurisdictions where our contests are offered.. Our contest methodology is protected by a pending patent (PCT/US2025/026987).
