Geolocation Policy
The Creator Good, Inc. — Artcade Platform

Purpose
The Creator Good, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) operates Artcade, a peer-judged creative skill gaming platform that offers real-money contests. Because our contests are available only in jurisdictions where skill-based gaming is legally permitted, we use geolocation technology to verify that players are physically located within eligible states at the time of participation.
Eligible Jurisdictions
Artcade’s paid contests are currently available in numerous U.S. states where skill-based gaming is legally permitted, as determined in consultation with our legal counsel. A complete list of eligible states is maintained within the application and updated as legal requirements change. Players located in excluded jurisdictions may access free-to-play features but may not enter paid contests or receive cash prizes.
Geolocation Verification
We employ geolocation verification technology to confirm a player’s physical location at key points during platform use:
• Account Registration: Location is verified when a player creates an account to confirm initial eligibility.
• Contest Entry: Location is verified each time a player enters a paid contest to ensure ongoing eligibility.
• Prize Redemption: Location may be re-verified at the time of prize withdrawal.
Technology and Methods
Our geolocation verification may use one or more of the following methods:
• Device-level GPS data (with user permission)
• IP address geolocation
• Wi-Fi positioning
• Third-party geolocation service providers
VPN and Location Spoofing
The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology to mask or falsify a player’s true location is strictly prohibited. Players detected using such technologies will be subject to:
• Immediate suspension of contest participation
• Forfeiture of any pending prizes
• Potential permanent account termination
Data Handling
Location data collected through geolocation verification is used solely for compliance purposes. We do not sell location data or use it for advertising. Location data is retained only as long as necessary for compliance verification and regulatory reporting requirements. For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Player Responsibilities
By using Artcade, players acknowledge and agree that:
• Geolocation verification is required for participation in paid contests.
• They will not attempt to circumvent or interfere with geolocation verification.
• They are responsible for ensuring they are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction when participating in paid contests.
• Providing false location information constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in applicable laws, eligible jurisdictions, or our geolocation technology. Material changes will be communicated to players through the application or via email.
